Project Manager – ERP & Integrations

About the role

The company is scaling its cash‑on‑delivery e‑commerce operation from 1,000 to 10,000 orders per day and needs a senior project manager to own the design, delivery, and adoption of a custom ERP system and its integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the project plan for the proprietary ERP build, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and timelines.
• Coordinate integrations between the ERP, commerce platform, China sourcing systems, 3PLs, payment gateways, advertising platforms and internal tools.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure engineering delivers solutions that meet operational requirements.
• Plan migrations, training and change‑management activities to drive user adoption of new systems.
• Maintain continuous visibility for the founder and team through clear status updates, risk reporting and decision tracking.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably delivering ERP, platform or large‑scale integration projects.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and operational workflows, able to communicate effectively with engineers and warehouse leads.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑team projects with hard dependencies and strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of making complex information legible and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Calm under pressure with solid instincts for prioritisation, risk assessment and trade‑offs.

Required skills

• Experience managing ERP implementation or migration projects.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce, logistics or supply‑chain systems and their integrations.
• Proficiency with modern project‑management and collaboration tools and agile delivery methodologies.
