Senior Information Technology (IT) Officer

About the role

The NRNA Secretariat seeks a senior IT professional to lead and support its digital transformation, ensuring reliable, secure and data‑driven technology services for the central office, NCCs and members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage IT projects, preparing schedules, technical specifications and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing) and ensure performance, availability and security.
• Implement cybersecurity controls, including firewalls, WAF, endpoint protection, MFA, RBAC, vulnerability assessment and incident response.
• Participate in software development life‑cycle activities, testing, version control, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Administer databases, backup, disaster recovery and support data migration and reporting.
• Document IT policies, procedures, system configurations and support audits and compliance activities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, network management, cybersecurity, software testing and database administration.
• Hands‑on experience with servers, virtualization, cloud platforms and IT service continuity.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage vendors and communicate technical solutions effectively.
