Project Sales Officer

About the role

The Project Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. In this role you will drive sales initiatives for assigned projects, from prospect identification and lead generation through to pipeline management and deal closure. You will work closely with channel partners and internal teams, preparing proposals, tracking performance data and ensuring the company’s values are represented in every client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project sales opportunities across the construction sector.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, builders, and project owners.
• Generate leads and follow up on ongoing construction projects.
• Promote products and provide appropriate product solutions to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in project sales, institutional sales, construction materials, paints, building materials, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, builders, and project stakeholders.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
