Radiologist (Remote Contractor)

About the role

This is an hourly, remote contractor position where you will act as a Radiology Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will review AI‑generated radiology and medical‑imaging responses, create expert imaging content, and provide detailed written feedback to improve AI model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and gold‑standard answers covering imaging appropriateness, protocols, differential diagnosis, and reporting concepts.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance clinical correctness, safety, clarity, and contextual fit.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe imaging recommendations, and bias; validate reliability across patient populations and use cases.
• Provide precise written feedback, fact‑check imaging and clinical information, and rate multiple responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.

Required profile

• MD/DO (or equivalent) with completed Diagnostic Radiology residency and board eligibility/certification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional radiology experience in academic, community, teleradiology, or subspecialty practice.
• Strong clinical reasoning, safety judgment, and deep understanding of imaging modalities, protocols, and patient‑safety considerations.
• Excellent attention to detail, C1‑level English proficiency, and ability to work reliably in an hourly, remote contractor workflow across time zones.
• Prior experience with AI data training/annotation, report QA, peer review, utilization management, or medical editorial work is strongly preferred.
