Relationship Officer – Commercial

About the role

The Relationship Officer – Commercial will manage restaurant partner relationships, support account growth and coordinate with internal teams. The role contributes to business development initiatives and ensures a high‑quality partner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor restaurant performance, identify growth opportunities and support promotional campaigns.
• Onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting.
• Research market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Customer Support to resolve issues.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records of partner interactions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales or business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Good analytical skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
