Remote JavaScript Engineer – AI Data Training (Hourly)

About the role

We are looking for a remote, hourly‑paid JavaScript Engineer to help improve AI models by reviewing and generating AI‑generated code and explanations. You will evaluate the reasoning quality of model outputs, provide detailed feedback, and create training content that guides AI learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training prompts and model responses across diverse topics.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare AI‑generated JavaScript solutions for correctness, clarity, and reasoning.
• Identify errors, biases, or conceptual gaps in model outputs and suggest improvements.
• Write clear, pedagogical explanations and model solutions that demonstrate best coding practices.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies and ensure reliability across use cases.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional JavaScript experience in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of closures, async/await, prototype‑based inheritance, and the JavaScript event loop (ES6+).
• Proven ability to assess code readability, performance, and edge‑case handling.
• Experience with code review, mentoring, or technical design discussions.
• Regular use of LLMs or AI coding assistants and a critical mindset for validating their output.
• Excellent written English (C1) and a detail‑oriented work style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
