Remote Practice Office Coordinator (US Healthcare)

About the role

We are looking for a fluent English speaker with strong communication and organizational abilities to join our team as a Practice Office Coordinator (POC). This fully remote position supports US‑based medical practices and clinics, offering comprehensive training and a pathway into healthcare administration.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with patients, doctors, and insurance providers.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments accurately.
• Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility for each patient.
• Manage billing inquiries, track outstanding balances, and support collections.
• Maintain and update patient records and medical databases.
• Monitor the clinic’s email inbox, respond to inquiries, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• At least 12 months of relevant administrative experience.
