About the role
Research and Design Fellow role involves researching and experimenting with hands-on learning activities to create engaging, age-appropriate educational experiences. Candidates who have completed +2 and are eager to learn, experiment, and create meaningful learning experiences for students are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Research and experiment with hands-on learning activities.
- Create and improve activities based on classroom observations and feedback.
- Observe and interact with students and teachers to understand classroom experiences.
- Test lessons and iterate through multiple rounds of improvement.
- Create fun, meaningful, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Keep records of what worked, what didn’t, and the changes made to lessons.
