Student Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking a sincere, disciplined, and soft‑spoken Student Support Officer to join ASK Enlightenment. In this role you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their parents, understanding their needs and guiding them through our memory‑training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Attend incoming inquiry calls professionally.
• Conduct counseling, selection, and follow‑up calls with students, parents, and leads.
• Understand each student’s learning challenges, expectations, and readiness for training.
• Ask relevant questions and respond appropriately rather than reciting scripts.
• Explain training levels, schedules, fees, homework requirements, and selection procedures accurately.
• Address questions, concerns, and objections calmly and professionally.
• Guide suitable students through application, selection, and enrollment.
• Communicate with parents or guardians when required.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, counseling, follow‑ups, and enrollments.
• Coordinate with trainers, staff, and management and provide basic performance reports.
