Resort Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Resort Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences across all resort departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor occupancy, reservations, and revenue to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource use.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations.
• Develop promotional activities with sales and marketing to increase bookings.
• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort management, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (MS Office).
