Restaurant Manager

About the role

Roadhouse Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of its Kathmandu outlet. The role combines strategic sales and profitability focus with hands‑on guest service excellence, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and delivers memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and maintain high service standards.
• Drive sales growth, manage cost control, and monitor P&L performance.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with operational policies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team, handling recruitment, scheduling, performance reviews, and discipline.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and operational expenses.
• Prepare and analyse outlet performance reports to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
