The Workshop Eatery is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead its fast‑casual outlet in Jhamsikhel, Kathmandu. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high‑quality service, and drive a memorable guest experience in a vibrant, socially‑conscious environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, maintaining service speed, quality, and consistency.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to uphold food standards and operational efficiency.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare weekly schedules, ensure proper shift coverage during peak periods and holidays.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and motivate staff to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Track operating expenses, manage food and labor costs within budget.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Maintain operational logs, checklists, and brand standards across all touchpoints.
• Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to support strategic decisions.
