About the role
Guru Manjari Group seeks a culturally grounded Sales and Marketing Manager to connect the brand with religious and community leaders, driving direct outreach and relationship building.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to gurus, pandits, and community stakeholders, onboarding them into the ecosystem.
- Maintain regular touchpoints, providing guidance and support to keep registered users engaged.
- Create authentic digital content (photos, interviews, stories) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Track onboarding numbers, gather feedback, and refine field sales strategies.
Required profile
- Strong relationship‑building skills with religious and community figures.
- Ability to travel locally for outreach and content capture.
Required skills
- Video editing (preferred).
