About the role
We are seeking a motivated and result‑oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to drive sales and business development for Aadar Trade Mall. The role involves generating leads, promoting commercial spaces, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on potential sales leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Understand clients’ business and investment requirements and recommend suitable commercial spaces.
- Promote available spaces and provide clear information about the project, pricing, and facilities.
- Arrange and conduct property visits for interested clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Prepare sales proposals and presentations as required.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow‑ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Participate in meetings, events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
