About the role
We are seeking a confident, presentable and result‑oriented female Sales Executive to promote our 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The role is ideal for an energetic, target‑focused individual comfortable working in a performance‑driven sales environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and purchase timeline.
- Present suitable apartment options and qualify serious buyers.
- Schedule and conduct site visits, handle objections and negotiate professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records and achieve monthly site‑visit and sales targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
- Energetic, disciplined and comfortable in a performance‑driven environment.
- Ability to prioritize high‑potential leads and work towards sales targets.
