Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Representative will promote and sell our services to both existing and prospective customers. You will demonstrate solutions, build relationships, and work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
• Show demos of solutions in the experience centre.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with consultants and customers.
• Generate leads through cold calling and outreach.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to customers.
• Meet sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyse market potential, track sales and status reports.
• Monitor new developments and trends in the field.

Required profile

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
• Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to handle diverse situations.
• Strong relationship management and openness to feedback.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good prioritising, time‑management and organisational skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Preferably owns a two‑wheeler.
