Sales and Reservation Executive

About the role

The Sales and Reservation Executive will be the first point of contact for guests interested in our premium glamping experiences. Based in Kathmandu, you will manage inquiries, bookings, and support sales initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide detailed information on glamping packages, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and process payments and confirmations.
• Follow up with potential guests and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to arrival.
• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate guest arrivals and special requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and reservations within hotels, resorts, camps, or travel agencies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert leads.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Tourism, or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Competence in basic office software, including email and spreadsheets.
