Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales and marketing team at Hotel Sabrina, a luxury hotel in Budhanilkantha. This full‑time, on‑site position handles daily administrative tasks, prepares proposals and contracts, and ensures accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sales proposals, contracts, and client correspondence.
• Maintain sales databases, reporting tools, and accurate records.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, group bookings, and banquet functions.
• Coordinate site visits, respond to inquiries, and support promotional activities.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of guest and client requirements.

Required profile

• Strong sales support and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Customer‑service orientation and collaborative mindset.
• Prior experience in hotel sales, front office, reservations, or hospitality operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Kathmandu’s tourism and corporate market.
• Relevant education in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred.

• Experience using PMS (Property Management System).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Presentation tool expertise.
