Sales Manager – Hotel Hospitality

About the role

Hotel Sabrina is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development across rooms, events, and F&B. The role will focus on growing revenue, expanding key accounts, and creating new opportunities as the hotel prepares for its partnership with Accor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Drive corporate, leisure, group, travel trade, events and F&B business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Identify new markets, accounts and revenue opportunities.
• Lead sales calls, client visits, networking and business development activities.
• Negotiate contracts, rates and partnerships while collaborating with reservations, front office, events, marketing and F&B teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably at a managerial level.
• Strong network across corporate, travel trade, events and hospitality sectors.
• Proven track record in driving hotel revenue.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
