Sales Coordinator – Unit Incharge

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator – Unit Incharge to lead and coordinate daily sales and operational activities for an assigned branch of our ISP business. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and customer‑handling abilities to drive sales targets, supervise field teams, and ensure smooth branch operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day sales and operational activities of the assigned branch.
• Lead and supervise D2D, Field Assistant, and Front Desk teams.
• Monitor team KPIs, sales targets, customer acquisition, and productivity.
• Drive customer growth, retention, and revenue targets for the branch.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate timely resolution of complaints.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for installation, maintenance, and service activities.
• Monitor and manage branch‑level equipment, materials, and other resources.
• Prepare and submit regular sales, operational, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Identify local market opportunities and support sales and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to drive sales targets and manage KPI performance.
• Experience supervising field and front‑desk teams in a telecom or ISP setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to operational detail.
