Sales Executive – FMCG, Automobile & B2B

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to expand our business across FMCG, automobile and B2B markets. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, distributors and dealers.
• Conduct market visits, present products and solutions, and negotiate deals.
• Generate leads, follow up prospects and convert them into customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor market trends.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports and collaborate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development or client relationship management.
• Experience in FMCG, automobile, trading, distribution or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of lead generation and conversion.
• Good knowledge of Kathmandu Valley markets and customer segments.
• Comfortable with field visits and client meetings; valid two‑wheeler licence is a plus.
