Sales HR Head – Lead HR for Sales Function

About the role

We are seeking a senior HR leader to own the people agenda for our sales organization in Nepal. The Sales HR Head will partner directly with the Sales Head and leadership team to build a high‑performance, future‑ready sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR business partner for the sales function, translating sales priorities into people strategies.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for sales roles, from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Design and deliver capability‑building programs for frontline, managerial and leadership sales teams.
• Manage talent and performance processes, including succession planning, performance reviews and internal mobility.
• Support organization design, manpower planning, productivity improvement and restructuring initiatives using HR analytics.
• Provide strategic insights on structure, manpower, retention and productivity to senior sales leadership.

Required profile

• 12–18 years of HR experience with a strong focus on sales HR or HR business partnering.
• Proven track record in sales recruitment, capability building and managing a geographically distributed sales organization.
• Experience in sectors such as FMCG, consumer goods, pharma, retail or other distribution‑led businesses.
• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputable institution is preferred.
