Sales Officer (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our team in Pokhara. The role involves promoting and selling our products, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, delivery, and accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Visit client sites, architects, and interior designers to pitch products.
• Demonstrate products/services and close sales through face‑to‑face or phone interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via multiple channels.
• Handle objections and resolve queries professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
• Follow up on payments and work with the accounts department for invoicing.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, maintain customer data, and generate daily sales and collection reports.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly and keep accurate mileage records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
