About the role
The Sales Officer – Home Appliances will drive sales of home appliance products through retail and channel partners in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site position involves identifying potential customers, presenting product benefits, and closing sales to achieve and exceed targets.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets for home appliance products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and retailers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and follow up with customers to ensure excellent service.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate order processing and ensure timely delivery.
- Gather market feedback on pricing, promotions and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and support promotional events.
Required profile
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong understanding of core sales skills and a target‑driven approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
- Capable of working effectively in a competitive sales environment.
