Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Sales Support professional to join Award Global in Lalitpur. The role focuses on assisting the sales team with property reservations, documentation, lead tracking and reporting, ensuring smooth operations across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property reservations and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Issue sales advice to solicitors, request contracts and verify contract details with sales consultants.
• Follow up on deposit payments, obtain trust receipts and submit special case approvals to developers.
• Conduct project research, prepare agency agreements and liaise with lawyers for reviews.
• Organise project training sessions, maintain project information and pricing, and schedule inspections.
• Collect, distribute and follow up on sales leads; prepare weekly and monthly lead reports.
• Compile and submit weekly, monthly and annual reports for internal and management review.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments and provide data support for cross‑functional operations.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
