Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of academic and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement policies, academic plans, and institutional goals aligned with the school’s vision and mission.
• Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, student achievement, and discipline.
• Lead, mentor, supervise, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development.
• Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure compliance with government and educational regulations.
• Oversee student admissions, examinations, academic performance, and extracurricular activities.
• Manage school operations, budgets, resources, and infrastructure effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, staff, education authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Represent the school in meetings, educational forums, and community events.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to the governing board.
