About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Senior Executive to strengthen and manage relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer management and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and send Management Information System (MIS) reports to key account customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers regarding their consignments.
- Follow up on old, new, and duty payments to ensure timely collection and financial stability.
- Assist walk‑in customers at the office, addressing queries and facilitating their requirements.
- Listen to customer issues, collaborate with relevant departments, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Focus on new business development, regain lost customers, and nurture existing accounts with competitive rates.
- Conduct telephonic discussions with old, new, and existing clients to maintain strong relationships.
