Senior Inventory Executive

About the role

Oliz Store, a leading retailer of premium gadgets and consumer electronics in Nepal, is seeking a Senior Inventory Executive to oversee inventory operations across its network of warehouses and branches. You will play a key role in ensuring optimal stock availability and supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes across multiple warehouses and retail locations.
• Monitor stock levels, plan replenishment, and coordinate with procurement.
• Conduct physical stock counts, cycle counts, and regular inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock analyses, and dashboards for management.
• Minimise discrepancies, shrinkage, and obsolete stock.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, logistics, and finance teams.
• Lead and supervise inventory officers, storekeepers, and warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Odoo ERP (experience preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
