We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The role requires a proactive, creative professional who can manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital and offline campaigns.
• Manage digital channels including social media, content, paid ads, and email marketing.
• Analyze performance data, market trends, and customer insights to improve campaigns.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Lead marketing projects, ensure timely execution, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and maintain brand consistency.
• Build relationships with agencies, vendors, influencers, and media partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience leading and mentoring a marketing team.
• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
