Senior Marketing Officer – Kathmandu

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Officer to boost brand visibility and market growth for Kajaria Riles in Nepal. The role involves close collaboration with dealers, architects, interior designers, and the sales team to drive revenue and expand our channel network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand presence and market share.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, pricing, and emerging trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders.
• Support dealer development, channel expansion, and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular market reports.
• Identify new market opportunities and recommend appropriate strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and uphold brand standards across all activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the Nepalese market and dealer/channel networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong market analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a solid grasp of sales and business development.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
• Preferred experience working with architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers.
