Senior Search & AI Optimization Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Search & AI Optimization Strategist to drive organic growth across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven platforms. The role combines advanced SEO expertise with a deep understanding of answer‑engine, generative‑engine, and AI‑optimization techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced SEO strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and search‑opportunity analyses; plan and optimize content architecture.
• Perform on‑page, technical, and audit work, diagnosing ranking drops, indexing issues, and traffic declines.
• Optimize content for featured snippets, AI‑generated answers, and generative search experiences (AEO, GEO, AIO).
• Implement structured data, schema markup, and entity‑based optimization to improve visibility on answer‑based platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to automate research, reporting, and workflow processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional SEO experience with a proven track record of results.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, search algorithms, and organic growth tactics.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, and communicate effectively with clients.
