Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

Swotah Travel & Adventure is looking for a Senior Travel Consultant to lead business development, global partnerships and market expansion for its adventure travel services in Kathmandu. The role combines B2B relationship management, OTA distribution oversight and product innovation to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage international B2B partnerships with travel agencies and operators.
• Lead outreach, proposal creation, contract negotiation and maintain long‑term partner relations.
• Manage OTA platforms such as TripAdvisor, TourRadar, Viator and GYG, ensuring effective digital distribution.
• Coordinate with sales, SEO, operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Analyse market trends and create new travel products and business opportunities.
• Represent Swotah at travel fairs, meetings and virtual networking events.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in tourism, travel operations or business development.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools, email and spreadsheets.
