Service Manager – Power/Battery

About the role

We are seeking a Service Manager to lead day‑to‑day service operations for UPS, batteries and related power products in Birgunj. The role involves overseeing installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and after‑sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations for UPS, batteries and related power products.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and after‑sales service.
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, vendors and internal teams to resolve service issues.
• Monitor service requests, warranty claims and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Guide and supervise service technicians, ensuring proper service quality.
• Maintain service records, reports and documentation, identifying recurring technical issues.
• Support customer relationship management and ensure a positive service experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum +2, preferably in a relevant technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in UPS, battery, power backup or related service operations.
• Hands‑on knowledge of UPS/battery servicing, troubleshooting and warranty management.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage technicians and coordinate multiple service requirements.
• Good customer handling, communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer/service requirements.
