About the role

The Service Manager will lead day‑to‑day service operations for UPS, batteries and related power products, ensuring high‑quality installation, maintenance and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

Manage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and warranty claims for UPS and battery systems.
Coordinate with customers, technicians, vendors and internal teams to resolve service issues promptly.
Supervise and guide service technicians, maintaining service quality and documentation.
Monitor service requests, track recurring technical issues and work with relevant teams for solutions.
Support customer relationship management to ensure a positive service experience.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or minimum +2, preferably in a technical field.
3+ years of experience in UPS, battery or power backup service operations.
Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
Willingness to travel locally and work in Birgunj.

Required skills

Hands‑on UPS/battery servicing and troubleshooting.
Warranty management for power products.
