About the role
The Spare Parts Assistant will support the engineering company's parts department by handling quotations, invoicing, and stock management. This onsite position in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, offers the chance to work closely with customers and the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Generate tax invoices using Tally.
- Prepare and issue quotations for spare parts.
- Maintain and update the quotation tracker.
- Provide customer support and service related to parts inquiries.
- Assist sales and marketing activities as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of required parts.
- Manage store operations to maintain efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a spare parts or related role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication abilities for customer interaction.

- Tally (accounting software)
