Hub Associate – Logistics Operations

About the role

Pathao is seeking a detail‑oriented Hub Associate to support daily logistics and administrative activities at its Chitwan hub. You will help maintain accurate parcel records, coordinate tasks for delivery agents, and ensure smooth hub operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive parcels from the Kathmandu hub and record them accurately in the system.
• Assist the Hub In‑Charge in allocating daily tasks to delivery agents.
• Track and reconcile cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections and prepare them for bank deposit.
• Coordinate with delivery riders and support onboarding of new riders.
• Manage communication with the transportation company for return shipments.
• Maintain office documents, records, and provide basic administrative support.
• Provide Walk‑In Support (WIS) to riders for issues not solvable online.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage activities effectively.
• Possession of a bike driving license.
• Familiarity with email, internet browsing, and Google Sheets.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using Google Sheets.
