About the role
Durga Steel Industries is seeking a full‑time Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Jhapa District. The role focuses on efficient inventory control, timely stock movement, and accurate record‑keeping within a safety‑first manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, stock receiving, dispatch, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and procurement teams to ensure stock availability.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and loss‑prevention measures.
- Handle internal and external inquiries related to store items.
- Prepare regular reports and data for management decision‑making.
Required profile
- Proven experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or steel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and reliability in managing physical and digital records.
- Minimum high school diploma; technical or commerce education is a plus.
