About the role

We are seeking a responsible, result‑oriented Supervisor to manage the day‑to‑day technical, administrative and sales activities of our ISP branch in Murgiya. The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring performance, supporting customers and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily technical, administrative and sales operations at the branch.
• Guide and coordinate technical and sales teams to meet service standards.
• Monitor internet service installation, maintenance and support activities.
• Work with technical teams to resolve customer and network‑related issues.
• Track sales activities, follow up leads and support achievement of branch targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage branch‑level administrative records, documentation and attendance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate with head office and other departments for smooth operations.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Support local marketing and promotional activities when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of technical, administrative and sales operations in an ISP or telecommunications environment.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and activities.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Basic understanding of internet, networking and ISP services.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and target‑oriented.
• Willingness to work in a field and operational environment.
