Take-Off Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Take‑Off Specialist to support project estimation and planning. The role involves analyzing construction documents, calculating precise material and labor quantities, and contributing to accurate project bids.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Determine accurate quantities of materials required for construction projects.
• Utilize advanced take‑off software such as PlanSwift and Procore to calculate material and labor needs.
• Interpret complex construction documents and engineering drawings.
• Prepare and submit accurate project estimates and bids.
• Collaborate with project teams to review take‑off data for accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in construction, estimating, or project management.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering and construction modeling.
• Familiarity with U.S. construction methods and materials.
