Site Engineer – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer – Hospitality to supervise construction activities, ensure quality and safety standards, coordinate with project teams, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site supervision and controls to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Review and approve construction materials and methods to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets project standards.
• Manage project budget and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and construction staff.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency on site.
