Take-Off Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Take‑Off Specialist to support our construction estimating team in Kathmandu. You will be responsible for converting architectural and engineering drawings into accurate material and labor quantities, helping us deliver precise project bids.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints and project specifications to determine material quantities.
• Use take‑off software such as PlanSwift and Procore to calculate material and labor needs.
• Interpret complex construction documents and engineering drawings.
• Prepare and submit accurate project estimates and bids.
• Collaborate with project teams to verify take‑off data for accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in construction estimating, project management or related roles.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering and construction modeling.
• Familiarity with U.S. construction methods and materials.
• Strong analytical, technical and detail‑oriented skills.
