Talent and Culture Associate

About the role

The Talent and Culture Associate will gain hands‑on exposure to talent management and employee engagement functions. This position supports the creation of a positive workplace culture while developing a well‑rounded understanding of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update attendance records using HRMS software.
• Assist in the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new hires.
• Coordinate induction sessions and ensure all joining formalities are completed.
• Support processing of employee insurance applications and claims.
• Maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
• Organise and track in‑house training programs and maintain training feedback.
• Source and screen CVs, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Ensure confidentiality of all HR‑related information and employee records.
• Plan and coordinate engagement activities, team‑building events, and celebrations.
• Act as a point of contact for employees during engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute events.
• Assist the Talent Manager with strategic talent projects and departmental priorities.

• Committed to maintaining confidentiality of HR data.
• At least 12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
