Tour Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Tour Operations Executive to manage end‑to‑end tour delivery. You will coordinate bookings, itineraries, and on‑ground logistics for both domestic and international packages, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate tour packages, handling bookings, reservations, transportation and accommodation.
• Communicate with clients to capture travel requirements and propose suitable options.
• Collaborate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides and other vendors to confirm all arrangements.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, cost estimates and travel documents.
• Monitor schedules, bookings, confirmations and payment status, addressing changes, cancellations or issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, vendors and tour documentation.
• Support the sales team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed tours.
• Produce operational reports and keep management updated.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in tour operations, travel agency or ticketing.
• Strong organizational, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple bookings simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Nepali; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with travel‑related software/tools.
