Transportation Supervisor

About the role

The Transportation Supervisor will lead daily transportation operations for a client base in Nawalparasi District. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures safe, efficient vehicle dispatch, route planning, and driver coordination while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle dispatch and daily route planning.
• Coordinate drivers, support staff, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor fleet performance and enforce safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare basic reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and communicate schedule updates.
• Collaborate with management to identify efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory experience with team coordination and performance monitoring.
• Solid understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with drivers, colleagues, and customers.
• Experience in fleet management, vehicle scheduling, and route optimization.
• Customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Nawalparasi District.
• Organizational attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, management, or a related field is an advantage.
