Warehouse Manager

About the role

Korean Beauty Point is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Warehouse Manager to lead its Kathmandu warehouse. The role is central to ensuring timely product availability for both retail and online channels, supporting the company’s growth in Korean skincare and cosmetics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock locations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and schedule warehouse staff, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics and sales teams.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to optimise space utilisation and reduce errors.

Required profile

• Strong stock control and inventory management experience.
• Proven ability to lead warehouse teams and manage performance.
• Familiarity with retail, distribution or FMCG warehousing; beauty‑sector experience is a plus.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
