B2B Sales Specialist – Project Revenue Growth

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, result‑driven B2B Sales Specialist to aggressively grow project revenue and manage key commercial, residential and industrial projects. The role is designed for a proactive sales professional who can hunt high‑value leads, get our brand specified with decision‑makers, and convert project quotes into signed purchase orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and track ongoing and upcoming real‑estate, commercial and industrial projects in the target region.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, MEP consultants, architects, EPC contractors and interior designers.
• Get company products specified during design/planning stages with architects and technical consultants.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, participate in tenders, negotiate terms and close sales contracts.
• Coordinate with production, supply‑chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and post‑sales support.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies and industry trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Aggressively track upcoming developments to secure high‑ticket project orders and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with the existing project sales team to streamline tracking, follow‑ups and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of proven B2B project sales experience, preferably in electrical goods, building materials, lighting or construction supplies.
• Ability to read architectural/electrical blueprints and understand technical product specifications.
• Valid driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler for frequent site visits and regional mobility.
