Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the overall management, business development and operational performance of the Itahari branch. The role combines strategic growth initiatives with day‑to‑day supervision of staff and service delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Oversee daily branch operations, guaranteeing efficient service delivery.
• Lead, coach and monitor branch staff, handling work allocation and performance evaluation.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, referral partners and community organisations.
• Plan and run local marketing, promotional events and demand‑generation activities.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities.
• Ensure quality customer service, timely complaint resolution and accurate CRM record‑keeping.
• Manage branch budget, expenses and financial reporting in coordination with Finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in branch management, business development, sales or education consultancy.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and implement growth and local marketing strategies.
• Experience managing targets, budgets and staff performance.
