Business Development Officer – AI Products

About the role

Prixa Group is expanding its AI‑driven communication and automation portfolio and seeks a Business Development Officer to lead client acquisition and partnership growth across education, corporate, digital and production markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and networking.
• Present and demo AI products such as TingTing and Third Factor to institutions and businesses.
• Guide leads through proposal, pricing and onboarding to convert them into paying customers.
• Develop strategic partnerships with colleges, companies, agencies, content creators and digital platforms.
• Assist in drafting commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and close deals.
• Maintain lead records, update CRM/Google Sheets and report weekly/monthly sales metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, tech and production teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide market feedback to improve sales funnels, pricing models and product positioning.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident, people‑oriented personality with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work against targets, deadlines and sales KPIs.
• Problem‑solving attitude and solid negotiation capabilities.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
