Business Relationship Officer – FMCG (Restaurant Partners)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Relationship Officer to manage and grow our restaurant partner portfolio within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The role combines account management, business development, and on‑site partner support to strengthen relationships and drive mutual growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support partners with promotional campaigns.
• Onboard new restaurant partners through both online and offline prospecting.
• Conduct regular field visits and in‑person meetings to understand partner needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve issues and communicate updates.
• Maintain accurate partner records, prepare performance reports, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driving licence for regular field visits.
