Client Servicing Executive

About the role

The Client Servicing Executive will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that digital marketing projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Based in Kathmandu, this full‑time position requires strong communication, analytical, and creative abilities to drive measurable results for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Implement best‑practice tracking and optimisation using Google Analytics, Meta ads, Google Tag Manager and other analytics platforms.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Plan and launch multi‑channel campaigns (email, social, SEO/SEM, display, landing pages) in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Create compelling copy and visual content for social media, blogs, emails and other digital assets.
• Identify emerging trends and new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, AI‑driven automation) to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

Required profile

• Proven ability to craft content and copy for various digital channels.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing performance metrics.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital‑marketing trends, AI tools, voice search and video marketing.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working across functions.
